Miss Andrea P

Excellent overall experience. Was greeted at reception and taken to my room , in Pembroke House, by a very nice lady. Everything was very well explained to me about the room and general facilities on the campus. Excellent and very professional. Well pleased! Many thanks.
Mr Martin S

Excellent value for money, a great way to stay over night with a group of friends. Thanks
Mr Gethin P

This is the second time we have booked in to University accommodation in the last two years. I know one of our party is going to email and complain, but she complains about everything, even if it's perfect! You get what you pay for. £30 a night is very good value. If I had to moan about anything, the person who met us when we arrived, was very nice and very helpful to us. I felt she was a little rude to some of the Chinese students who were staying there. I can understand there is a language barrier, but I thought it wasn't right. Although I will repeat she was very nice and helpful towards us. I was very happy with what was offered, and would definitely stay again, if we hold a weekend course in Cardiff.
Mr Nigel J

The person who handled my booking was exceptional and went above and beyond when she noticed the website had booked me onto the wrong campus. If it is possible I'd like to nominate her for a customer service award. Many thanks Steve Oakham
Mr Stephen O

Plas Gwyn has a wonderful location, with riverside walks, the cathedral and a range of good restaurants within walking distance, and is far enough out of the city to be relatively quiet. The room was good, warm and comfortable, and the kitchen (with big TV) excellent. I could have done with a second pillow and a bath mat, and getting in and out through various looked doors was a bit of a struggle, but the overall experience was very good. I will probably visit again, taking my own pillow!
Mr John T

Arrived a day early and kindly could move into my room already. Very nice.
Mr Florian Pascal H

Will be booking again next year
